Lent and Eating Clean

So for Lent I am giving up refined sugar. I have been trying so hard to give up sugar and would fall off the bandwagon. So I thought Lent would be a great way to jump-start that. Let me tell you  praying when you crave something is great! I should do this for every 'un-clean' food I am trying to get out of my system!

I have lost 4 1/2 inches in 3 weeks. Haven't been on the scale but the inches lost are really motivating.

Also I LOVE Zumba

    I gave up caffine for Lent. It's the last of my bad food habits. ;) So far, I'm a bit foggy, but no headaches and I haven't gone off the deep end and done anything extreme.
